Madhulika R Kethidi has a background in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in software development and project management. She holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and has worked in leadership roles at Invilogic, Interviewfox, and Mindshire. Madhulika's passion for problem-solving, coupled with her commitment to excellence, has driven her success in both corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors. She’s the Co-founder, Director—Chief Operating Officer at RightSource Global and Boardshire.

Kumar Mangalapalli

Kumar Mangalapalli, a seasoned leader with two decades of diverse experience. His career spans from tech-intensive roles at Infosys to leadership positions in various companies, including InterviewFox and Mindshire. With a background in Civil Engineering and Mathematics, Kumar's expertise lies in business incubation, captives setup, and scaling ventures, reflecting his passion for strategic implementation and innovation. He’s the Chief Executive Officer at RightSource Global and Boardshire.
